When Soccer Shots approached us to help create a Stories of Impact campaign.. we were overjoyed. They desired films that were authentic, documentary-styled, and full of emotional impact. We were going to be filming real people with real stories. 

I was brought to tears when Traci and Jordan shared how they almost lost their son, Jude, when he was born at 24 weeks old weighing a startling 1lb 8oz.

Due to his immune system he was then isolated from other kids until he was two years old. Two full years of not being able to run, play, or simply be with other children his age. 

Our hopes for filming the kids playing under a picturesque Florida sun were washed out in a massive thunderstorm. But this is the power of story. We believed so strongly that there was a right way to tell this story that we extended our trip to create the most powerful film we could.
