When Charter Homes & Neighborhoods originally approached us Kent was enamored by their vision for their neighborhoods. There is freedom for kids to run wildly and explore freely, for adults to connect over delicious food, and for both to engage each other in meaningful connection.

As Kent was driving home one day he began dreaming of a film and script that spoke to these values and ideas. Rob Bowman is an absolute wordsmith and began to inject his own experiences and heart into what is now the final version of Discover.
